In the field of automotive manufacturing, multi-material hybrid body structures have become the mainstream trend. At this Kojima booth, the multi-functional flexible switching demonstration area for the white body showcases the integration of "aluminum spot welding switching FDS + grinding and cap replacement integrated machine".
The quick-change plate, as the "joint" of the robot end effector, directly affects the flexibility of the production line. The Kojima QT quick-change system addresses four core challenges: completing the body-in-white assembly in a limited workstation; frequently switching multiple end tools in a single workstation; being compatible with both cold and hot joining processes; and integrating the function of weld quality inspection simultaneously. 
Meanwhile, in the white body welding process, the condition of the electrode cap directly affects the welding quality and efficiency. At this exhibition, Qiao Tian Intelligent showcases its latest full range of grinding machines, including three types: fixed, swing arm, and integrated grinding and cap changing. 
02 "Scratch Scratch Scratch" Robot Interactive Game Area 
The interactive robot game area on the exhibition stand attracted a large number of visitors to participate. The KAWADA Quick Change Plate and the pneumatic gripper in collaboration with the Neurio robot demonstrated the process of accurately grasping gifts for a lottery draw. This not only showcased the characteristics of the KAWADA PPG pneumatic gripper, such as its small size, strong suction, and safety and reliability, but also transformed the dull technical parameters into visible interactive experiences, allowing the audience to have a direct understanding of the product's performance.
03 Qaotian iSake Bar: Making Your Exhibition Tour Relaxing and Enjoyable
In 2023, Qiao Da launched the "Qiao Da Little Bar" service for the first time at the exhibition. During the exhibition, the Qiao Da Little Bar continuously provided free freshly ground coffee, iced lemon tea and other beverages.
